World Hyundai Team Saves the Day

To the owner Scott Falcone, service director Josh Galiher, general manager Tom Primbas, I would like to take this time out to share my experience with Ken Teel. My story is this. I just moved to Matteson, about 1 1/2 years ago. I had a 2003 Nissan Altama, which was in good condition. I had spoken to one of your sales reps in regards to trading my car in. But things did not work out. 2 weeks later I traded my car with Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwod, Il for a 2008 Hyundai Sonata Limited. What a huge mistake that was. About a month ago my daughter was driving the car when the front tire blew out and the car went out of control. She desperatly did her best to take control of the car and the front wheel hit the curb causing all kinds of damage to the car. I called back to the dealership to inquire on this tire that had blew out and the guy I bought the car from blew me off. He basically was not trying to take any responsibility at all. And all I wanted to know was what kind of maintenance work had been performed on the car before I purchased it. And if they had check the tires throughly because the spare was no good when a passbyer tried to help fix the blew out. So I went two weeks without a car walking back and forth to the train station. Neighbors picking me up when they could to take me to the train station in the mornings. This was a huge inconvenience. I remebered coming to this dealership to look at a car, even though I did not purchase one from you all. I felt that you all would know a lot about my car being that you sale Hyundai's. So I called the service department spoke with Ken who turned out to be my guardian angel. He and I spoke almost everyday that my car was in your shop. He kept me abreast of everything he was doing. I was able to get a loaner car which saved my life. Remeber I just moved out to Matteson, Il only a year ago so I was not use to walking in the dark, with no sidewalks. I am a city girl. Ken, I am not sure if this letter is enough to express how grateful I am to have gotten you on the phone that day I called, but I just want your managers, supervisor, and the owner to know how well you treated me and how you extended your arms to assist me in this terrible situation. I will nevr forget you Ken Teel, you are a beautiful person and keep doing an excellent job there at the dealership. Servicing, and helping people that calls or come through the doors. You will be rewarded greatly! Sorry for such a long letter.
