On January 22, 2010, Mr. Jones greeted me outside before I even had an opportunity to enter the Hyundai dealership.  I was perturbed because I had just left the Nissan dealership, and no one even bothered to say hello to me. Therefore, I was pleased to see Mr. Jones be so proactive and seek me and my companion out instead of us being left unattended.

Mr. Jones escorted us into the Hyundai dealership and began to take information from me.  I informed him that I was just looking, and it was my first day out.  I asked if we could look at cars.  I mentioned that I was here because the television advertised a $2,500 customer rebate for the Sonata.

I was amazed at the amount of knowledge that Mr. Jones had about your line of vehicles.  He is a true salesman.  He showed me several types of Hyundais, and he was extremely patient and polite as I walked through your lot looking at the vast selection.

Mr. Jones was very much a gentleman and kind in showing me how to adjust seats and interior car features during the test drive.  He continued to make my guest and me feel good about Hyundai.

I gave Mr. Jones specific parameters within which I wanted to stay in my vehicle purchase.  I was amazed at how quickly my financing went through with approval.  Mr. Jones managed to keep me at a payment level that was within my range and made me happy.

Overall, my experience with Hyundai was excellent.  I am a repeat Hyundai customer, and I know the reason why.  Service keeps you coming back.
