My sales person Dennis was very helpful in getting us taken care of. However, the loan officer kept us waiting for over 3 hours even though I had called prior to arriving asking her to get all of the paper work ready for us. (because we had already been here two days prior, we were approved, we were simply returning with our down payment and to finalize signing the papers) And because of keeping us waiting for over Three Hours my spouse was an hour late for work. My appointment was for 11AM, i am not finishing until now...which is 3:30pm.

My finance woman was very friendly and helpful.
