Well, wasn't sure I was going to leave with the car I wanted, but Jim kept working with me to find a way to make it happen. Talk about "going the extra mile", he went even further (farther?) than that. He's COMPLETELY insane, but in a good way. More accomidating than any salesperson I've ever done business with. Good job Jim, you're a true sales maniac.

I came into World Hyundai with an attitude that car dealers were not to be trusted.  I was wary of being ripped off.  I came in to check out the 2011 Sonatas, and had a fixed idea of payment, downstroke, trade in value of my old car, etc.

Jim Clark came up to me as I sat in the sonata in the showroom.  He got me the payment I wanted, and he and Brian Malpeli proceeded to hunt down a 2011 Sonata in the ultra-hot red color.  Then, when the other dealer did not want to give up the car, I thought all was lost and was sad and upset.  Jim and Brian fought like irritated wolverines for me and the car I wanted!  In the process they showed me by their deeds that World Hyundai is a dealership full of honest men!  Jim gave up 3/4 of one of his days to go get my car!  Brian spent a huge amount of time on the phone securing my car!

When the car was delivered, the finance lady was a dream!  Jim was out of the store so Christian and Korey helped me with the delivery, and in pairing my iPhone to the car's bluetooth!  Christian even hunted down an iPod cable for the car at 8:30PM on a Thursday night!  When I drove to work the next day, heads turned on the freeway! Everyone loves this car! Most of all, I love this car.

I have gone from a skeptic to someone who trusts World Hyundai, having seen the staff's honesty and dedication firsthand!  I am now telling people I know to go see Jim Clark at World Hyundai!  Hey, if Jim is out, ask for Korey or Christian!

If you want a car, you have to go to World Hyundai!

Hazel Crest car shopper gets to keep her car

Most car dealers give you a hard time when returning a car, however when I returned my car due to the monthly payment they were very understanding and didn't give me a hard time.  So when I can back to get my down payment, they found me something that was really nice and a whole lot cheaper monthly, which made me buy the car on the spot.  The staff here is very friendly and I see myself coming back every time to trade in or purchase a new car.

I brought my vehicle to World Hyundai 02/26/2010 for service. i told the service writer KB, i was having a problem with a vibration in the steering wheel and the steering wheel was making noise. KB told me i needed to replace the tires, so i did. I came to pick up my vehicle on 03022010, noise in the steering wheel was still there, so i give them the vehicle back. a couple days later KB call me and told me i needed to replace the two drive axles at $1900.00 plus ,and it was covered under my extended warranty but i have to pay $100.00 of that charge, so i did. i came again to pick up the vehicle to find the problem was still there, so i gave them the car back. KB call me a day later and told me i needed $700.00 more in service and it was covered under my extended warranty but i need to pay $100.00 of that charge. i told KB i didn't feel i should have to pay $100.00 again. KB told me to call the warranty company and tell them that so i did and the $100.00 charge was waived. KB called me on 03/09/2010 to tell me the vehicle was done and the noise in the steering wheel was gone. i came again to pick up my vehicle on 03/09/2010 at 6:20pm and the noise was still there so i left my vehicle again. Kb called a day later to tell me the steering column needs to be replaced and the warranty company was sending out and inspector. then KB called me on 03/11/2010 to tell me the steering column need to be replace and it's not covered by my extended warranty. KB told me the part was $2000.00 and thats not including the labor and tax. when i purchsed this vehicle i made jim aware of this problem and he replaced the sway bar links and told my i needed tires and nothing was wrong with the steering. i feel hurt, taking advantage of and disappointed in the service and the tecs at World Hyundai. I feel Hyundai should have listened to me complaint in the beginning and the problem could have been fixed by the manufactor. not that the warranty has expired i feel World Hyundai should fix my vehicle because i trusted them every time they told me something else wrong and they didn't take the time to inspect my vehicle the proper way. I am unhappy and displeased with world hyundai and will never refer no one there.
