Where do i start..I was given a phone call from one of the girls in finance who stated that I was approved. Then Luis Soto called me to introduce himself as my salesman. I came in and he was very patient in working with me. Luis assured me not to worry about it.He asked me to get that off of my mind and not worry about that he was confident we could get a deal done today. I recieved probaly the best treatment anyone could recieve while purchasing a vehicle. THANK YOU!!!

I purchased a car from World Hyundai on a saturday and was back for service issues on monday! The sales manager signed a "we owe" paper with the things that they would fix if I purchased the car. Well, do not trust them because they refused to fix the items, the following items were to be fixed brakes, struts, alignment and tires. This is what they did the service department they rotated the tires on a performance vehicle that has larger tires on the rear and smaller tires on the front instead of replacing the tires that they promised they would, they resurfaced the rotors and never changed the brake pads as it stands now the front brakes are 40% worn and the rear brakes are 60% worn, they supposedly replaced one strut on the front of the vehicle now any mechanic will inform you that you replace struts in sets not one at a time. I had the car about eight days the first month the rest of the time my car was in service and they paid half my car note to make me happy but if they really wanted to make me happy they would have fixed everything that they said they would. Also, to add insult to this crazy car purchase the whole time my car was in service no one called me to tell me when the repairs to the car would be complete, I finally got fed up and drove out to the dealership from Aurora only to see my car pass me as I entered the dealership! I guess the mechanic liked my car so they used it for part runs or joy rides! Now, I get the privilege to pay a nice car note and the cost to make substantial repairs to a vehicle that they said that they would fix so far new tires, alignment and tire balancing one thousand dollars, next on the list is another front strut which I have priced at 500.00 installed thanks world hyundai for this wonderful experience but you won't have to worry about me, my friend, family or co-workers buying anything from your dealership. It's funny as I sat in the service area talking to other customers they were not happy with how you were treating them as well, you all need to consider the people who keep your lights on and if you continue to sweep people under the rug once they sign the purchase contract you won't be in business long or you will find sales are declining not because of the economy but because you do not practice great customer service, I will trade this car in in a year and I will go to a reputable cadillac dealer in my area. You lost a good customer who had told people nice things about your dealership until you decided to stick it to me.

I was out simply looking at different dealers and was not prepared to make a purchase.  However, Luis approached me and offered his assistance.  Luis took his time to describe the benefits of each vehicle, as I have never owed a Hyundai before.  He was extremely patient with my indecisiveness on which vehicle to test drive.  After a casual conversation, he stated "what if I could get you in the car of your choice today?"  I stated that I did not think it was possible as I had a trade in and was uncertain if I would need a downpayment.  After 30 minutes, Luis approached me and stated that he was able to complete the deal.  I almost fell off my chair.  My payment is lower than my previous payment and I am now in a brand new fully loaded vehicle that I Love.  This purchase is going to save me 50% on my current gas purchase each week.
