Found the show room employees to be happy and congenial. Our salesman was informative - pleasant - ligh hearted and we found this to be an enjoyable experience.

The salesman was knowledgeable about the car and the diffeences in the various models - He showed us all the amenities all without stress or hurry. Overall a pleasant experience.

The only item that was a surprise is the small desks that the salesmen use -- I am in the insurance business and could not imagine working at such a small desk!

Steve was absolutely the best help I have had in a long time especially in a situation like this when purchasing a car. He really had my best interest at heart and he gave the Walt Disney World above and beyond service. My experience at World Hyundai was a great one. My original reason for coming to the dealership was a dual one. First, to get an oil change, and second, to investigate the possibility to upgrade to a newer vehicle. With the informative and great service provided by Mr. Gaylon Montjoy, I was now convinced that it might be in my best interest to upgrade to a new vehicle given my current situation. While talking with Mr. Monjoy, he helped me to see that I need to look into the pros and cons of keeping, at that time, my current vehicle (2009 sonata) or to upgrade to a 2012 sonata. With his assistance, I was able to determine that in the overall perspective, it would, believe or not, be more economical to purchase the new versus keeping the old car where the warranty coverage would expire within the next month. This would leave me with too many unknowns, where I would prefer to be at peace knowing that I had full coverage. I would like to thank World Hyundai, specifically Gaylon Monjoy, for the customer service he provided as I made this important purchase.
