I had to have my Santa Fe towed in on a Saturday morning. I called in at 8:30, was given the Hyundai Roadside Assistanace number, and from there they took care of calling my tow and making my life that much easier. (Yeah!) The driver was prompt and my car was at the dealership within an hour. Not only was Ken able to get my car looked at that day, but I got it back by 3:30! I was SURE when I had to have it towed that I would be without a car for the rest of the weekend and most of Monday. I am THRILLED that I bought my car here, have it serviced here and always have my expectations exceeded. Thank you Hyundai team for doing such a great job. A+.

I HATE the car buying experience, but here at World Hyundai, I felt totally at ease, my sales person, Mark, was easy to talk to, I did not feel any pressure and he was very patient in answering my questions and letting me test drive as many cars as I wanted. And when it came to sitting down to discuss price...again, very professional and no pressure at all. However, the loan officer kept us waiting for over 3 hours even though I had called prior to arriving asking her to get all of the paper work ready for us. (because we had already been here two days prior, we were approved, we were simply returning with our down payment and to finalize signing the papers) And because of keeping us waiting for over Three Hours my spouse was an hour late for work. My appointment was for 11AM, i am not finishing until now...which is 3:30pm.
