This experience was different from dealing with Napelton Hyundai in a number of ways.  The salesperson met me at the door and was very attentive.  He conveyed my concerns and needs to the finance people accurately, and he did the best for me that he could, which is resulting  in me driving away in a new car.  The only issue I have is with the time it takes to complete things. My appointment time was 9:15 a.m. and I was on time.  I am completing this "survey" and it is 11:55 and I still have to meet with the insurance and finance people.  That is disappointing, not to mention inconvenient.  Otherwise, my overall experience has been satisfactory.
