EXCELLENT SERVICE BY KEN THE LAST TIME I CAME IN AND ALSO THIS TIME 3/10/10 . HE HAD MANY RECOMENDATIONS WHICH I APPRECIATED. YOU ARE VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM AS AN EMPLOYEE. I DID TAKE HIS ADVICE FOR THE ADDTIONAL SERVICES NEEDED. ALSO, HE REFUSED A "TIP".
