No problem for our Hyundai service customers from Chicago-another 5 star review

My husband and I were treated very professionally. We were even running a few minutes late and had not eaten lunch so I asked if we would be able to borrow a loaner to get something to eat. Immediately we were accommodated with service. They had one of the porters drive us to a restaurant of our choice. When we finished, I phoned in and we were picked up. Not only was my vehicle still serviced even though we were 20 minutes late for the appointment, but we were even able to still have lunch.

Also, when I originally called in to inform the service department I was running late, Sherry answered and was so nice. She even told me not to worry, to take my time.

I live all the way in Ford City and do not mind the very long drive to come out here. I would rather do so and know my car is serviced by responsible professionals who care about the job they do.
