Having sent out contact requests via Edmunds, we got a very nice call from Steve. After looking a a model they had in stock, we pre-ordered a nice 2011 Red Elantra. It took a while before the car left the factory and went over the river and through the woods. Steve and Dennis kept us apprised of the current status and gave us the VIN# of the actual car we would be getting. We are sasisfied with the no-nonsense purchase experience, respect for the buyers and flexibility with various aspects of the purchase process.
