     On Jan. 7th mid-day, my '09 Sonata suddenly slowed down to a crawl on a county country road.  Fortunately I was able to pull into a nursery parking lot and then called World Hyundai Service Dept.  

     After explaining the situation to KB, he told me to turn off the car, wait a few minutes, and try starting it again.   During this time he stayed on the phone.   The car did start, though the malfunction lamp was still on, and KB said drive to World Hyundai's service dept.  They worked on the car that afternoon, gave me a loaner to get home, and then I returned to pick up my repaired car the next day.  All costs were covered by Hyundai. 

     I truly appreciate KB's politeness, knowledge, and guidance to get me out of harms way as well as Hyundai's diagnosing and repairing my car so well.
