I CALLED WITH A QUESTION ABOUT A NOISE IN MY NEW ELANTRAS ENGINE AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IT RIGHT IN AND IT WOULD BE LOOKED AT PROMPTLY. IT WAS, AND MY OIL WAS CHANGED ALSO. BOB SHOWED A REAL INTEREST IN MY CONCERN AND PROFESSIONALLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM ABOVE MY EXPECT EXPECTATIONS.
