Each time I viist for my oil change, it's always nice to see the service manager Ken and he has a warm smile on his face and know my name without looking in the computer. I always appreciate it when I am told the time of my service duration time that it is indeed what I was told and sometime less. Ludos to those hard working people in the back servicing the cars! :-)
