I came in to the World Hyduai dealership looking too trade in my 2009 Tucson....I was met before I enter into the dealership by a young lady name Angie...she was very pleasant and courteous and polite....she ask me could she help me.. I explain to her I had an appointment and gave her the name of the person....she explain that he was with someone else...but did let him know I was there...he came over to introduce himself...and explain to me that Angie would be the person helping me....from that time on Angie has been nothing but exrtodinary in her professionalism and patience...she did everything that she could to make the time pleasant and to keep me informed on the progress of the procedure...The thing that really amazed me was I came in the dealership for one car but Angie made it possible for my husband to purchase a car also...I will always remember how everyone that assist me made my time comfortable and a rewarding one..whenever I need or know someone that needs a vehicle I will refer the to Angie at World Hyduai!
