Frederick is a very nice, patient, kind, respectful young man.  He is also very professional and knows his job very well.  He understood what my husband wanted and tried really hard to accomadate us which he was able to do.  My husband and I are very very happy and sastified for the way Frederick H. and the hundai people worked with us.  Fred understood our circumstances and he was able to work out a good deal for us.  We appreciate him he is a fine young man.
