Poor Jim Clark. He has had to deal with a customer who kept changing their mind about the style vehicle they wanted. The lucky customer (me) was always treated with PATIENCE, courtesy, & a pleasant demeanor. My last vehicle was 10 years old & I guess my uncertainty regarding which model would best meet my needs was partly due to the many changes of the past 10 years. Jim worked with me, above & beyond what a customer could expect.
