I had my car in for a oil change on june 08, 2010 . I found yourstaff to be very professional and always friendly. It was only a oilchange but Ken Teel made me feel like I was the only one there.I was very pleased with my service experience.

Today I brought my new Sonata Hyundai in for a car wash on the way to my doctor's appointment.  Fearful of a time box, I asked Ken Teel, how soon the car could be washed as I needed to be at the doctor's soon.

Ken asked, "When must you leave by?" I said, "Three fifteen."  The time then was 2:45 PM.  He said, I'll have the car back in your hands before 3:15.  Ken came into the customer's waiting room at 3:08 PM and said your car is ready.  Needless to say I was very impressed with the promptness.  I instantly left and was at the doctor's office before  the appointment time.

I felt World Hyundai should know about Ken Teel and their efficient Service Dept.
