Still not happy

I bought my new 2009 Sonata in Dec.2008 and truly reget it. the problems have been too long to list(example: my power streering went out with less then 20'000 miles).I'm finally writing this reveiw because the TPS sensor is back on and world hyundia refuses to admit the problem is there car. Requested arbitrition Dec.2009, they told it would be after the first of the year,then call me three days before chirstmas to have the arbitrition a days later. I told them I was leaving for chirstmas, they said they'd call back, they never did. I never followed up because the sensor never tripped again till this winter.The first time I took it to firestone, they said nothing was wrong with the tires and air pressure. The TPS has been going on and off ,this is the fourth time this winter.Firstone said this wasn't  the first Hyundia they've seen with a bad Tps sensor. Bottom line is they knew about this problem and did'nt fix it two years ago.

We have certainly not done a good job of getting you satisfied in the past. Even with Hyundai's involvement it appears as though the issues that have come up were not handled satisfactorily. i assure you that we have had nothing but your best interest at the forefront of our efforts, but once in a blue moon it seems like nothing a dealer or in this case a manufacturer, does can turn things around for a customer.  One point however that I will address is your assertion that we knew of a problem and did not repair it...nothing could be further from the truth. We pulled 2 screws from your tires and did address your sensor. Including the time when the tire had 73 lbs of air in it...not sure how that could have happened, but nevertheless we asked Hyundai to evaluate all of your issues and again when they could find no merit in a manufacturer's defect they too were unable to satisfy you. I am sorry that we have not lived up to your standards.

KB was such a big help to me, he extended himself way beyond what I expected.  He made me feel as if I was his only customer.  He would call exactly when he said he would as if he had some kind of an alarm.  He made sure I was aware of everything that was to be done.  When I was in a dilemma and did not know if or when the insurance was coming to review the claim, KB was very understanding and did not make the situation worse for me, he was very compassionate knowledgeable and concerned.  I must mention that without Josh being sympathetic to me in my dilemma, he insisted that I not give up and try one more time to get a claim with the insurance company, and IT WORKED!  I appreciate Brian and Scott who also sympathized with me during my dilemma and provided assistance and advise.  I have bought several cars from World, I recommend this auto dealer to family and friends, and I never go anywhere else.  Thank you all so very much and God bless.

Ken Teel takes good care of our Homewood Santa Fe client in service

I had to have my Santa Fe towed in on a Saturday morning.  I called in at 8:30, was given the Hyundai Roadside Assistanace number, and from there they took care of calling my tow and making my life that much easier.  (Yeah!)  The driver was prompt and my car was at the dealership within an hour.  Not only was Ken able to get my car looked at that day, but I got it back by 3:30!  I was SURE when I had to have it towed that I would be without a car for the rest of the weekend and most of Monday.  I am THRILLED that I bought my car here, have it serviced here and always have my expectations exceeded.  Thank you Hyundai team for doing such a great job.  A+.
