Ken Teel has taken care of the servicing of my Sonata since I bought it in Feb 2009.  The car developed some problems and needed major repairs and through it all Ken has delivered excellent service.  He understood my frustrations and listened to my rants from time to time.  World Hyundai is lucky to have him!

I brought my car in for an oil change and Ken was really attentive and courteous; He even offered to buy the waiting patron drinks.  What I appreciated the most was that he was upfront with the time it would take for the service to be completed.  I wasn't waiting longer than I expected to as I have done in the past.  Also he went over my vehicle inspection with me pointing out those services that I will need in the near future rather than trying to sell me services.  Previously I had the someone so set on trying to sell me on some random service, that he let me leave w/o telling me I needed a simple air filter change.

Overall I got the impression that the facility is trying to step up it's customer service efforts.  It is greatly appreciated.
