Service is horrible!!!! No Customer service at all!!! They call and leave a message. Do not answer return calls, goes to their VM. when you do talk to a person they ask what do you want, what did they say in the message? I say that you said to call us back, that was the message. They ask again in regards to what? Ummmm my car that is there I would imagine? Then after I show them that my window does not roll down but the rest all work right in from of th service guy who by the way knows nothing about cars. tells me the mechanic looked at it and said the window lock button was on and it it all good now!!!. REALLY I have been trying to roll this window down for 2 weeks, trying the lock window button numerous times and I know it was not engaged because all the other windows rolled down. I know this is a line of BS but they do not care. Some help! No thanks. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!
