I must admitt coming in today to buy a car made me very nervous. In the past iv'e had bad experiences dealing with used car dealerships, but i must say Erik made me and my family feel very at ease. I came in trying to get something that was out of my range and Erik explain to me the best deal for me and my family. He was honest and for that i have a great car and im very happy.

I feel that I had a good experience considering my anxiety over coming here to do this.  There were moments of confusion, however, once they were disspelled and I made my final decision, all went very well.  I must say that I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of.  I appreciate David's kindness and willingness to address my concerns.
