Chris and Nathan was very helpful and very patient with me. Did a tremendous job as a salesman. If i knew someone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle I would refer them. Keep doing a great job. This is the first time I dealt with a salesman that was very patient and not a persuavive person trying to get you to buy what he thinks is for you. I appreciate all his hard work and time he put into helping me and to save me money especially because I was looking for a gas saver car.     

This has been the easiest and painless car purchase experience that I have had in a very long time. The entire process was less than 20 minutes. The price that I offered was accepted without any problems. I would encourage anyone to drop by the Auto Mall at Matteson, World Hyundai and ask for Christian, Angie or Tom, and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

I had a excellent experience from Eric my sales person.  He was honest and upfront.  They dealt with me in a fair and efficient manner. 

Before arriving to World Hyundai, I felt the sincere attention when speaking over the phone with Nicki and the other Representatives.  They each called me and made sure I was taken care of.  Then when I arrived to the Dealership, I met Mr. Michael Houston.  He made me feel very calm & relaxed throughout the entire process.  He answered all my questions and was very professional.  He also revealed things I hadn't thought to inquire about.  I am now a proud owner of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, all because of him!  Thank you Michael for your professionalism and true honest concern for your customer.  You are GREAT!!  This will be a Christmas I will never forget!!  Thank you Michael, Tom and the entire World Hyundai Team!  You each have made this a very special, memorable event for me.
