I was very distressed with the prospect of needing to trade my car in as was the advice of my accountant.  I do not know a lot about cars and I certainly do not know how to haggle and get the best price.  However, I bought my last car, Sonata, from this dealership and was pleased with the salesman and the person in finance.  This time, I was very very pleased with Raul Castillo and Kareem Aboor.  They did not fit the stereotype of car salesmen.  They were genuinely friendly.  They had an easy manner that bespoke a sincerity and seeming honesty.  They helped me get what I wanted and not what they wanted me to get.  They were very professional.  They were very well informed.  They had the time to work with me and were not in a hurry to get to the next customer.  I can truly trust my friends with these two.  In the end, Tom Primbas general manager, was helpful with making the car fit my budget.  I have bought here before. I will come back again.  The cars run well. So, since the people have not sold something I regret or have not lied, I do not have a reason to go elsewhere.  I am divorced and 61.  Older women don't run from place to place.  We like to be where we can feel safe.

Everything form start to finish was exemplary.  The Salesperson, Finance Manager, and GM were very helpful and efficient.  Top Notch Service!!!!
