I cannot believe how easy of an experience this was for me.Luis Soto is great.He took an application over the phone for me yesterday and assured me that he would get me into a vehicle for me.He faught hard for me and was able to get me into a vehicle by myself without using my mom this time.Very informative and knowlegable.Thank You.

For a no-nonsense car buying experience go to World Hyundai.  our salesperson (Christian G) was friendly and knowledgeable, best of all was not pushy or obnoxious.  We first came to World Hyundai to test drive a vehicle and then negotiated a price. We left world hyundai to make sure everything we were being told was true.  My wife and i visited two other dealers in the area and were convinced that buying from World Hyundai and Christian was the best choice.  i would highly recommend Word Hyundai to friends and family.

hi,eveidentLy we signed a paper while in finance dept that ''BECAUSE WE ARE IN THE CREDIT REPAIR PROGRAM''...a device was placed on our starter [not the gps we were told about]BUT A DEVICE  that locks the starter if we are late on our payment...cant start the car...this is all good...BUT I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THIS BY FINANCE DEPT WHEN WE SIGNED THE PAPER..THE FINANCE COMPANY WE HAVE HAD TO TELL US THIS..MIGHT WANT TO TELL CUSTOMERS THIS..

i see MY previous derogatory reveiew i made was deleted..as will this one be im sure..steve was great..we came today because you said you would fix problems and make sure we were happy...threatening to take our car back and send us home in a cab...wasnt what we thought would happen..we are thank-full for the banks credit repair program,that allowed us to buy a car...however my suggestion to you is..theres many people struggling in these hard economic times..job loss..etc..in order to actually make this program available to YOUR customers,,and help more people as YOUR STORES ads read..make sure you have more than ONE CAR per lot that qualifies for this credit repair program...and treat the people the same way you would a person with a 700 CREDIT score..send the car you put them in,off the lot the same way you would a new car...not like they should just be happy they got a car,and ignore basic courtesys[oil changes-fluids filled-gas-detailing,etc..]it makes the used car owner feel humiliated...we are GOOD PEOPLE who had some credit problems..work hard everyday for a living..dont take anything from anyone for free...COMMON COURTESY GOES A LONG WAY..

...to store manager... of matteson world hyundai..when i made appointment today,your service man told me to come early on monday,,my emailed appt from him says 3pm..i also told him we have one car...the one with TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS we just bought from WORLD HYUNDAI 2 DAYS AGO!,,and that we would be waiting for the car..not leaving it as you put on our emailed appt date..also its down almost 2 quarts on oil,,which by the way is black and slugy...the check transmission alarm keeps going off..no wiper fluid at all[bone dry] and left lot with less than a quarter tank of gas[what was left from previous owner that traded it in that day]ive never-ever heard of a car-used or new..from a REPUTABLE car dealer..leave a lot like that..as i told the salesgirl terry...even a 20 dollar oil change tops off all fluids..its really a shame...we will be there monday...and we have no choice but to wait for car..its the only one we have! thank-you,,only good thing about our whole expierience was our salesman''steve''..he was wonderfull
