I feel that the wait was a little legthy, but I'm sure all purchases are. I had an overall well experience. I would recommend others.

I was taken care of with expedience.  My mother accompanied me and because of my low FICO score the managers were pushing my mother to co-sign for me.  I made it clear that this was not an option.  She is elderly and I think they were pressuring her too much when I asked them not to. Eric, the salesman is a nice kid.

Steve was very knowlegeble and patient. My wife and I feel very comfortable with our purchase and  dealing with Steve and Chris at WORLD Hyundai.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT WORLD HYUNDAI, HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MR. JOHN MATTYUS AND STEVE ATCHINSON, WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. MOST DEALERSHIPS ARE SHARKS AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND, BUT JOHN AND STEVE ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES MADE ME FEEL WANTED AND IMPORTANT TO DEAL WITH AND AS A PERSON AND NOT AS DOLLAR SIGNS.

Poor Jim Clark. He has had to deal with a customer who kept changing their mind about the style vehicle they wanted. The lucky customer (me) was always treated with PATIENCE, courtesy, & a pleasant demeanor. My last vehicle was 10 years old & I guess my uncertainty regarding which model would best meet my needs was partly due to the many changes of the past 10 years. Jim worked with me, above & beyond what a customer could expect.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from World Hyundai. Jim Clark was my salesperson for both vehicles. He is always patient & willing to go the extra mile to help a customer decide on a purchase.

Hyundai has the best quality, features, and consumer report compared to comparable makes & models. I have shopped briefly but very intensly for a vehicle and decided on a Hyundai Sonata before coming the World Hyundai. I was amazed that they drove over an hour to come and bring me to their showroom & reassured me that they would bring me home even if I didn't buy a vehicle from them.

Jim Clark is my salesperson. He is polite, but open & friendly while still being appropriate & professional. He is very knowledgeable about the differences in the V4, V6, and between the 07, 08, & 09 models. We didn't discuss 2010 - but I'm certain he is equally knowledgeable about that also. I'll come back for Jim. Even better I'll tell my friends to call him for whatever vehicle they seek.
