Jim was very patient. he took his time showing us multiple models of vehicles. He answered all of our questions and provided options which assisted us in making our decision. I went to Family Hyundai and was very dissatisfied with the service I received.  Hunter the sales consultant explain to me I needed a cosigner after my credit was pulled. So, my dad was willing to cosign for me he call and gave his information. Hunter told my dad he would call him back and he never did. I called later on that day and he told me had a customer in front of me he would call me back and he never did. I called the next day to ask to speak to Hunter I was on hold for awhile and then was directed to his voicemail left a message and has yet to receive a call back. So, I then called Donetta she is the sales consultant who greeted me when I came in the Tinley Park and started my application and she told me the application was denied. In about two hours Melissa from World Hyundai called me and told she had good news I was approved at World Hyundai. She ask me when was I able to come in and what to bring when I came in. I arrived at World Hyundai and Edwin greeted me once I got out of the car took me in to meet Christian. Christian then turn  me over to Edwin because he was working with a customer. Edwin said we can put you in 2010 Hyundai Elantra with no money down and you dad as the co-signer. I did the test drive a we came back and talk about the numbers. The numbers came out ok for me and now I'm  a proud owner of a 2010 Hyundai Elantra.      WORLD HYUNDAI IS NUMBER 1

I have never been the type of person that goes to the dealer for small things like oil changes, but the service department at World Hyundai is top notch and they draw me back every time!  I usually check in with KB who is always so courteous and friendly. I find that the services prices are often lower or comparable to the competiton. Even if that were not the case, I would still come to World Hyundai. i am at a stage in my life where customers service is of the utmost importance to me. I find the Customer Service and World Hyundai are synonomous.

When we came into the car dealership, Antoine greeted us with a very upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality .  He provided us with great customer service that fitted our needs to what we were looking for.  Often times when one enters a dealership, salesmen are very pushy and forceful and I did not feel that type of vibe from Antoine. Overall the customer service experience was excellent.
