My birthday was spent entirely at World Hyndai in Matteson, Illinois.  Raul Castillo helped make my day the most enjoyable birthday I've had in a very long time.  I started out looking for a car for myself and after purchasing that one, my husband decided to purchase one for himself.  Raul was so attentive to anything I may have needed from beverages to snacks; I arrived at 10:15 a.m. and was still finishing up the second transaction at 4:00 p.m.  Not a bad time frame for 2 separate purchases.  We reminised about the areas we grew up in; having grown up on the East Side of Chicago - decades apart.  His personality made the time fly by, next time I need a Hyndai, I plan to come back to see Raul Castillo.

Other helpful staff members were Tom, Antwan, and Louis - all very pleasant and couteous gentlemen.

Luis was very personable very friendly very helpful and very knowledgeble. Sometimes salesmen tend to blow women off or take advantage of them but he was very attentive to my needs. I will definately recommend him to anyone that I know needs a vehicle.

My current purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra is my seond purchase from World Hyundai in less than 10 months.  My first purchase was a 2011 Sonata which I've obviously been please with - hence the reason for my return.

I've been a luxury car purchaser of high end Mercede's Benz (S500) and Lexus brand cars the last 15 years.  If it hadn't been for Hyundai not having an AWD Genesis and or Equus (worse case front wheel drive) I would have considered that purchase in lieu of the Elentra.  Based on current style and performance of the Hyundai product when either product is available in the aforementioned configuration I will return for one of thos purchases in 2012/13'.
