You guys promise the sun and the moon and don't deliver.  Publish this!  Oh right, this site is phony right-  see my review on yelp, and any REAL site that posts REAL reviews.

Mark was great until we bought the car (a Hyundai Azera).  After that they just don't seem to care.  Service here apparently stops the second you sign off.  He hasn't returned calls, hasn't sent the papers forever, and doesn't give a straight answer. I'm happy to take back this review for some direct honest answers.
