Elgin man not happy

My overview in all and experience with World Hyundai and this Pick-a-Payment Program, is that everything they advertise is false and fradulent. I believe that all automobile dealerships should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office, for false advertisement and for not being honest enough to disclose and tell you the truth over the phone, before making people make a long drive from home to their site, for false hope. Not only do they tell you, that you are approved, to drive out with the car, the rate, and the monthly payment that you can afford, but the person that called you to come in disappears in their dealership. You call once your there to see if the salesperson is really gone, and she picks up and hangs up on you. I believe that there program should be called, from Pick-a-Payment, to Pick-a-Fool. I am happy I was not one of those people that gets scammed, Thank You Lord!

I was looking for a specific vehicle and made that very clear to Jimmy and Raul. I was told by both of them that they had the vehicle on their lot. I was given an appointment time and date to come out. On the day of the appointment I called to verify that vehicle was there and was told yes it was. I arrived at dealership at specified time and they right off wanted to do paperwork at which time I stated may I see the vehicle first. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! we don't show that vehicle in our inventory nor do we have it. It just made me so HAPPY to drive a total of 124.86 miles roundtrip from my home and waste 3 hours of my time. I guess it never crossed either of their minds to go look at the vehicle they intended to sell. GREAT MINDS think alike. You tell me how you are doing.


Elgin Hyundai guest says Danny and Jim and World Hyundai finance team perfromed a miracle

I WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PICK-THE-PAYMENT PROGRAM THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED ON TELEVISION. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT MAYBE THE AUTO AND LOAN INDUSTRY HAD FINALLY FOUND A PROGRAM THAT WOULD HELP IN THIS TIME OF ECONOMIC CRISIS, BUT LIKE ALWAYS ADVERTISEMENTS ARE DECEIVING, AND LIES. I WAS APPROVED BY WORLD HYUNDAI TO DRIVE OUT WITH A CAR OF MY PREFERENCE AND CHOICE, WITH THE RIGHT PAYMENT, AND DOWN PAYMENT, BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE AFTER AN 1HR. 1/2 OF DRIVING AND BACK, THE TRUTH CAME OUT. THE PEOPLE THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO MEET WITH DISAPPEARED, AND WE WERE GIVEN THE BOOT BEFORE CLOSING. THE PROGRAM SHOULD BE CALLED WE WILL PICK-THE-PAYMENT, THE-CAR, AND DOWN PAYMENT. I WAS ONLY GIVEN THE OPTION OF CHOOSING 3 AUTOMOBILES, THAT WERE NOTHING THAT I WOULD DRIVE, BUT THAT'S OK SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET MY BUSINESS. I JUST WANT TO SAY BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, AND MAKE SURE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO CALL YOU ARE THERE, AND DO NOT DISAPPEAR WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.
