I recently purchased a Hyundai Equus from World Hyundai in Matteson, IL and I have to admit, the sales / financial and admin staff performed exemplary.  In my honest opinion, five stars is not enough of an explanation how comfortable this staff has made the process seemless and comfortable.

Korey O. Buchanan approached me weeks ago, requesting that before I made any decision about purchasing a vehicle to research Hyundai and see what they had to offer in the class of vehicle I wanted to purchase.  Korey was "spot-on" in his advice that I would be impressed with the Equus and Santa Fe.  It only took minutes to understand that Korey has a deep passion for the Hyundai product line.  Korey made me feel he took this process very personal, as if he was buying this car for his own home.  He made my family and I feel very comfortable.

Rory Clemons is as sharp and intelligent as they come.  Rory also gave me a wonderful feeling, he was on my side in this sales process.  Rather than make this an adversarial process, Rory showed the ability to sit on the same side of the table and take me step-by-step through the process, fielding query after query.  His knowledge of the Equus and his attention to detail is unparalleled.  Rory was able to contrast and compare different models in the same class and meticulously pinpoint important details I should pay attention to when making my car purchase decision.  He's my new little brother!!!!

Why does buying a car have to take so long!   It took forever to bring the car from a lot in Tinley Park, I could have got to Tinley Park back and forth on me knees faster.
