Luis was fantastic to work with.  I told him what options I was looking for, and he showed me several models.  He was far more knowledgeable about what cars he had to offer, compared to the salespersons from two other dealers we visited.  After I completely changed my mind about a Sonata and wanted a Tucson instead, he took me for another test drive in that car, and I was happily "sold."  I didn't think I would be trading in my car the same day, but I did so without feeling pressured.  I will definitely pass on the word about how nice World Hyundai is to shop at, and how helpful Luis Soto is.

I would just like to say that I am very grateful for Raul Castillo's wonderful service that he provided for us during our visit here. He knew our situation as we had a buget we had to stay in & he really worked very hard for us to make that happen. So instead of leaving here still car shopping we are leaving here very happy customers thanks to Raul. :)

The best part of the dealership was no suprises. We were quoted a price over the phone and when we came in there were no tricks or suprises. This is a huge plus in my eyes considering I talked to two other dealerships and when I arrived at those dealership in person everything had changed. Dennis was honest, courteous, and very attentive and accomodating. We had a painless experience. I usually hate going through the process of buying a car,but Dennis made it actually enjoyable. I love my new  car and will tell everyone I know to stop at World Hyundai first when shopping for a car.
