Happy Hyundai Service customer from Country Club Hills

I brought my car in for an oil change and Ken was really attentive and courteous; He even offered to buy the waiting patron drinks.  What I appreciated the most was that he was upfront with the time it would take for the service to be completed.  I wasn't waiting longer than I expected to as I have done in the past.  Also he went over my vehicle inspection with me pointing out those services that I will need in the near future rather than trying to sell me services.  Previously I had the someone so set on trying to sell me on some random service, that he let me leave w/o telling me I needed a simple air filter change.

Overall I got the impression that the facility is trying to step up it's customer service efforts.  It is greatly appreciated.
