My experience with Mike Houston was very good. He was able to make my transition from my 2007 Veracruz to my new 2011 Veracruz very smooth. I originally came in to have my 2007 serviced but finding out that there was a lot of work that needed to be done I was very distraught. After meeting Mr. Houston and talking to him about options such as purchasing a new car, my worries lessened. I am very happy with my new purchase and I have Mike to thank for that.
