Did not explain
When i purchased my 2011 sonata i was told that if i had all my oil changes done here i would have a lifetime power train warranty. The service adviser told me today that you have to do other maintance to my car to satisfy the lifetime power train warranty.This was not explained to me at time of purchase.Thgis will be the last time i will bring my car here. I might as well take it to any Hyundai dealer for oil changesEnter your review here

I'm sorry that this was not explained to you more clearly at the time of purchase. In order for us to provide you with such an extensive and comprehensive policy for your vehilce we need to ensure that all recommended services are being performed and unless they are performed here we have no way of knowing. I hope that you will reconsider your decision about doing business here. We have a wonderful service department that will treat you as you would expect to be treated on each visit.
