Des Plaines not happy
I wrote a review when I got the car cause they have you do it right there. Its now been a little over a week and let me tell you they are the worst I've ever been to. They kept me there for about 5hrs trying to get me into a car with a ton a miles and not anything like what I wanted. I took a Chevy HHR (absolutely not what I wanted) they then call Monday morning saying they couldn't get it financed send more info. Hold on I drove the car off the lot and they took my 3,000.00 cash no problem. I didnt lie about anything, told them my paycheck stubs are different and that wasnt a problem till after they had my money. I had no problem bringing there crap back, but then I get there which i live 51miles from, and Camile then says I have to wait till after 1pm. I finally got my check and cashed it. 10 dollar short if what I walked into the crap dealership with. They probaly wont publish this but if by chance they do RUN!!!!!!!!!

It is certainly a shame that we were not able to use the documents that you provided us to secure your financing. Unfortunately, the lenders are very strict about the type of documents consumers provide in order to receive financing. I'm also sorry that the late model HHR we offered was not up to your standards. Often times the bank dictates what we are able to provide customers and it sounds like that is what happened. We are truly sorry that you are unsatisified.
