Mark was a great salesman. i initially called him on the phone so he had the car ready for me to see when i came to the showroom. I had the opportunity to take the car off the lot which enabled me to bring the car to my husband's place of employment to show him the car and then I was able to take the car home to for the afternoon. i really appreciated being able to take the car because there was another interested party. When we returned with the car we told Mark of a couple concerns and they will all be fixed. Mark even offered a loaner for us when we bring the car in for our repairs. Thanks!
