Called to schedule a recall appt. week of 7/6/09. The service guy on the phone seemed very flustered. He put me on hold, then came back on and said he would have to call me back. I should have known....NO CALLBACK. I guess I will try the online scheduler & hope I get an answer.

I feel terrible about that...we have had staff issues recently (understaffed). That's not your problem, but we have added a Service admin position and 2 additional techs last week. I don't think the issues will continue, but I am sorry. I have asked someone in customer service to reach out to you right away to see if we can resolve this. Again I apologize.
