Erik was very friendly and patient.  He thoroughly explained all our options and spent almost a whole day with us as we were making our decision.  After our final test drive, he patiently reviewed all the details of the car - the console, the radio, the phones (he paired them for us), etc. - and was extremely courteous.  We would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a new or used auto.
