I brought my vehicle to World Hyundai 02/26/2010 for service. i told the service writer KB, i was having a problem with a vibration in the steering wheel and the steering wheel was making noise. KB told me i needed to replace the tires, so i did. I came to pick up my vehicle on 03022010, noise in the steering wheel was still there, so i give them the vehicle back. a couple days later KB call me and told me i needed to replace the two drive axles at $1900.00 plus ,and it was covered under my extended warranty but i have to pay $100.00 of that charge, so i did. i came again to pick up the vehicle to find the problem was still there, so i gave them the car back. KB call me a day later and told me i needed $700.00 more in service and it was covered under my extended warranty but i need to pay $100.00 of that charge. i told KB i didn't feel i should have to pay $100.00 again. KB told me to call the warranty company and tell them that so i did and the $100.00 charge was waived. KB called me on 03/09/2010 to tell me the vehicle was done and the noise in the steering wheel was gone. i came again to pick up my vehicle on 03/09/2010 at 6:20pm and the noise was still there so i left my vehicle again. Kb called a day later to tell me the steering column needs to be replaced and the warranty company was sending out and inspector. then KB called me on 03/11/2010 to tell me the steering column need to be replace and it's not covered by my extended warranty. KB told me the part was $2000.00 and thats not including the labor and tax. when i purchsed this vehicle i made jim aware of this problem and he replaced the sway bar links and told my i needed tires and nothing was wrong with the steering. i feel hurt, taking advantage of and disappointed in the service and the tecs at World Hyundai. I feel Hyundai should have listened to me complaint in the beginning and the problem could have been fixed by the manufactor. not that the warranty has expired i feel World Hyundai should fix my vehicle because i trusted them every time they told me something else wrong and they didn't take the time to inspect my vehicle the proper way. I am unhappy and displeased with world hyundai and will never refer no one there.
